Year of Graduation: Not earlier than 2005/2006 session
Class of Degree: Minimum of second class lower or equivalent (Bachelor’s Degree, HND or Equivalent)
Age: Not above 30 years old
NYSC completed or about to be completed (preferably in the next 6 months)

INTRODUCTION
Our company Jobsearch Nigeria, ltd is HR solution company primarily into Manpower sourcing and development.
In the Last one year, we secure more than 40 recruitment mandates from different organizations in the various sectors of the economy namely: Telecommunications, Banking and finance, Insurance, Manufacturing, Oil Marketing, Independent Power Generation, conglomerates, Pharmaceuticals, Food/ beverage, Private Educational Outfits Trading companies etc.
We provided candidates for most of the experienced hire positions while we were unable to same for entry level positions because of the need to test the candidates at short notice. Further to this, we not have a pool of already tested graduates at the time some of the mandates were secured an organizing adhoc test will give not the test the desired credibility.
The Fresh graduate test we conducted last year was online and many candidates had various issues especially from link challenge in the different cybercafés that were used for first level screening.
The management of Jobsearch has standardized the test by collaborating with a world class Digital centre to provide the location for the tests.
Our SET™ (Standardized Employability Tests) for entry level recruitments will now take place at the Chams Digital Cities across the country. Currently 3 Cham City digital centers (one in Ikeja Lagos and 2 in Abuja) are online and will be used for the test in MAY 2009.
Consequently, Jobsearch Nigeria will be conducting a SET™ (Standardized employability Test ) for fresh graduate nationwide.
This screening exercise will be conducted in June 2009 to fill fresh graduate positions. The exercise will involve online aptitude tests to be conducted at the Chams Digital City in Lagos and Abuja only.
Test result will be valid for 6 months; all Successful candidates will be available in our resource pool for 6 months and will be used to fill:
(1) Already secured recruitment and outsourcing mandates from our clients
(2) Other recruitment and outsourcing mandates to be secured & executed.
